The Town Council of Linz decided on 19.9.1996 to have documented comprehensively the Period of National Socialism (1938 - 1945) together with the prior period before 1938 and the period after 1945, the denazification.
50 Historians treated all the relevant aspects on the subject of National Socialism in Linz. Their academic results are presented in several publications.
